What is the “GRA”?
The Georgetown Residents’ Association is an independent group of residents working together to make our community more prosperous and enjoyable. We are comprised of tenants, owners, and anyone else who lives here and believe that the more we communicate, work together, and engage with management as a collective voice, the better our community will be for everyone.
Our Goals
Share Information
Help everyone in Georgetown understand what is going on both in and out of our community.
Bring the Community Together
We are living within feet from each other all day, everyday. We would benefit from getting to know each other better not only to work as a team…but to have more fun and to do fun things with each other!
Communicate with Management and the Board as a Collective Voice
We are a diverse group of neighbors and may not always agree…but when have a common concern to bring up, we can and should come together.
Help Make Georgetown a Better Place to Live
That probably means something different for everyone, but let’s discuss the possibilities together!

No, it costs nothing to join. If you live here and want to be part of the GRA, you are. Don’t worry, we don’t haze recruits either!
-
No, we are more than just a voice for residents. We will be organizing social and recreational activities as well.
-
That may very well happen, but we welcome disagreement and encourage a diversity of residents and their perspectives!
-
That is totally fine and possible! We’ll keep you in the loop even if you remain anonymous to us and anyone else.
